Cameras face entry points only — no indoor or private areas (including the hot tub or fire pit) are recorded. Pet-Friendly: We love dogs and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs (maximum 65 lbs each). Please include pets in your booking and clean up after them. A small pet fee applies. Pets must be well behaved, not left alone, and on flea prevention. Owners responsible for any damages. Cozy Creek is not liable for any injury due to dog on property or in development. Cabin Cleanings: Small amounts of pet hair might be visible after each cleaning. We do our absolute best to clean everything. No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the cabin. Mountain Setting & Access: The cabin is located on a well-maintained gravel road surrounded by peaceful woods. Roads and the driveway are easily navigable — 4WD/AWD is not required. We simply recommend driving slowly, especially at night or in wet conditions. Power outages can happen and will not result in a refund. Hot Tub: The private hot tub is balanced between each stay. Please shower before use and replace the cover afterward to maintain cleanliness and temperature. User assumes all risk. No infants in tub or children without supervision. Smart Features: The cabin includes a Hospitable smart lock for keyless check-in and smart amenities like Wi-Fi, thermostat, and Smart TVs. Wildlife: Expect to see deer, birds, and other wildlife nearby — please enjoy from a distance and keep pets leashed outdoors. Please always lookout for wildlife including snakes and bears. Pest Control- we professionally apply pest control. However, occasional bugs may enter cabin given remote environment. Owners Basement/Black Box- Guests are NOT permitted in basement and will result in immediate termination of rental with no refund. Black Box is located at end of King Bed and is NOT permitted for guest access. Candles: NO candles are permitted at Cozy Creek. Supplies: Starter level items are provided (2 paper towel rolls, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 garbage bags, and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom). Please plan accordingly and bring additional supplies as needed. Well Water- Cozy Creek utilizes a well for water. While safe for most people to drink please drink at your own discretion. The home utilizes a whole home water filtration/softener system that utilizes air to purify the water. Micro bubbles in the water can cause a slightly milky appearance for the first few minutes of water use. This is NORMAL and is part of the purifying process. Guests acknowledge that any breaking of rules will result in ask of guest to follows rules &/or vacating property with no refund based on severity of concern.
